It said that soon it will add an in-app support feature for the same. Currently, the new feature can be accessed by the beta testers. They can use it and share the feedback with the company. WhatsApp said that it will make the feature public once it gets the desired result during the testing phase. Besides, users will also be provided with an option to add device information. The feature is currently made available under the new Contact Us category for the beta testers.

This will help the users to connect with the WhatsApp technicians to resolve their problems. The conversation will be closed automatically after the resolution. The in-app support will make it easier for users to submit about bugs. Under the Contact Us page, WhatsApp has added a new text box. Users can write what issues they are facing while using WhatsApp services in the box. The team will investigate it and send a reply to users in a Support chat.
