WhatsApp said that it will make the feature public once it gets the desired result during the testing phase. Besides, users will also be provided with an option to add device information. The feature is currently made available under the new Contact Us category for the beta testers.

Users can write what issues they are facing while using WhatsApp services in the box. The team will investigate it and send a reply to users in a Support chat.
